  2. If you are a natural person willing to contact us within the scope of your private activity, not related to your business, the following rules apply to you. Hereby, your personal data is processed only and solely for the purpose of answering your general questions regarding our brand and activity. Any further correspondence regarding acquisition of goods or services from us requires your previous consent, pursuant to a specific formula imparted to you beforehand via e-mail.
  3. Your data imparted herein is going to be used only and solely for purposes of correspondence initiated by your question or request. Your data is going to be protected from any third party access or disclosure by adequate technical, technological and organisational structures. Your data is erased along with the correspondence 1 year after our e-mail exchange is finished (a given thread/subject is closed). This rule applies unless maintenance of that correspondence and data is necessary for protection of Controller’s claims. Existence and nature of such claim shall be notified to you immediately after it is known to the Controller. In such case the data is maintained until the irrefutable judgement on such claims or expiration thereof.
  4. Your data provided in the contact form is not imparted to any third party or transferred in any other way.
  5. Notwithstanding the Controller’s prerogative mentioned in point 3, you can request removal of your personal data any time without any reason. This would result in discontinuation of all active conversation threads and removal of all correspondence.
  6. Any form of data processing for purposes other than indicated herein would require your previous consent. This consent is conditioned upon previous reception of sufficient information regarding purposes and timespan of processing.

  8. The data concerned are processed automatically.
  9. The natural person concerned (Data Subject) has unlimited right of access to her/his personal data
  10. The Data Subject has unlimited right to amend or update her/his data any time
  11. The Data Subject has unlimited right to demand instant removal of her/his data after legal grounds for processing have expired or have been exceeded
  12. In case of a dispute regarding relevance of data or legal grounds for processing, the Data Subject has right to demand limitation to personal data processing – until the dispute is solved. The Data Subject may also demand limitation of processing in case the data is kept by the Controller only for purposes of protecting the latter’s claims.
  13. Should Controller’s or a third-party interest become the legal ground for processing, the Data Subject may oppose further data processing in case her/his interest in data removal results from protection of rights which are of overwhelming nature in relation to the Controller’s or third-party rights underlying such processing.
  14. The Data Subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning her/him, which (s)he or has provided to a Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as  the right to transmit those data to another Controller without hindrance, where the data have been procured basing on data subject’s consent or in order to fulfil the contract the Latter is a Party to, and the data concerned undergo automatic processing.

The natural person concerned has unlimited right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in case her/his rights under GDPR and other relevant data protection acts are violated or constrained; the supervisory organ relevant for the Controller’s registered seat is: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych; address: ul.   16. The consent for data processing can be withdrawn anytime and it should result in immediate removal of all personal data concerned from any form of back-up made by the Controller, unless the Latter is able to indicate the existence of other specific legal ground for processing. The existence of such additional legal ground and nature thereof should be communicated to the natural person immediately, in formal, intelligible and verifiable manner.
