This entity is also the administrator of users’ data provided or collected from them via this website, subject to clause 3.3 below.

The service performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

Through information voluntarily entered in forms.

2. Information in forms and electronic correspondence

2. If you are a consumer (i.e., you are not submitting an inquiry in connection with your business activity and are not acting as a representative of a business entity), your data is processed solely for the purpose of correspondence of an informational nature and responding to your questions regarding our activities. Conducting correspondence aimed at the purchase of goods or services by a consumer is possible only after granting appropriate consent via a form provided electronically directly to the recipient.
3. Data provided for the purpose of correspondence with us is secured against access by third parties using appropriate technical, technological, and organizational measures. Such data is deleted within one year from the end of the correspondence thread, together with the correspondence, unless retention of the thread is necessary for establishing or pursuing claims by the controller—in such case, the record of the conversation together with the data is retained until a final court judgment is issued upholding or dismissing the claim, or until its expiration.

Purposes and legal basis for data processing

1. conducting the recruitment process for the position indicated in the job advertisement – on the basis of:
  - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps prior to entering into a contract,
  - Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligations arising from applicable law (Labour Code),
2. assessing qualifications and competencies and selecting the most suitable candidate for employment,

If you provide data beyond the scope required by law (e.g., photo, interests, additional information), it is processed based on your voluntary consent, expressed by submitting such information.
Data recipients
Your data may be shared with entities cooperating with the Controller in the recruitment process, in particular:
- IT service providers,
- payroll and HR service providers,
- email service operators.
These entities process data under data processing agreements and in compliance with the GDPR.
Data retention period
Your personal data will be stored:
- until the end of the recruitment process,
- if you consent to future recruitment – for a maximum of 12 months,
- or until you withdraw your consent.
After these periods, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
